Barolo Bussia Dardi le Rose has a typical Nebbiolo burnt sunset colour.Meaty yet floral nose-almost like a piece of beef wrapped in rose petals. Generous late summer fruit flavours with good tannic structure and a level of acidity which means that, whilst drinking now, this wine will age and improve for many years.Perfect with a big veal chop or good buttery egg pasta with shaved black truffle. Also works well with particularly rich fish dishes such as roast turbot.
